Just read some interesting documents in our class text book about some of the first civilizations writing and story telling. I think the documents at the end of the chapter illustrate the civilizations origins stories and the hierarchies of class.

Finished reading chapter two of our class text book. Very interesting stuff about the Egyptian civilization, and the Mesopotamian civilization and how they lived, what different cultures they had, how long the civilizations were around, and how far their empires were.

I recently read Nissa's story in our world history book. It was an interesting read about people's live when there were only small nomadic tribes.  Moving from one place to another, living off of the land and how they socialized with one another. Living with the same people, and supporting one another. This type of living is much more simple then how we live today and would rather live how they lived back then.
